He claims he will work directly with NYS DOT, which is impossible. NYS DOT only works directly with Albany. 8. David tells people he was essential in passing legislation that cancelled the Village of Seven Springs. He wasn’t. His boss was a lesser co-sponsor of legislation that altered village incorporation laws. Seven Springs was cancelled by the Town of Monroe. The next applicant in line for that land is the Town of Palm Tree. David knows they plan to annex it.
